Reagan Coleman
As the owner of Sweet Lilly Homeschool, formerly known as Lilly Springs Academy, I am a licensed educator with 6 years of public school experience and 2 years of personalized tutoring expertise. I hold licenses in K-6 Elementary Education, 7-8 Middle School Math, and Reading K-12, and I am trained in dyslexia therapy techniques. My lesson plans are structured around Biblical teachings, ensuring that each child receives the homeschool support they need for academic growth and success. I am also actively involved in teaching Biblical education to both children and adults, fostering not only academic achievement but also spiritual growth.
Della Maples Morgan
As the Co-Owner of Lilly Springs Academy, I am an NBCT AA educator dedicated to fostering academic growth in elementary, middle, and secondary school children. I hold licenses in Early Childhood, Mild/Mod disabilities, Gifted education, English (7-12), Psychology (7-12), Social Studies, and Biology. My approach involves creating lessons that emphasize real-world applications through hands-on curriculum design, which aligns with the values of many Christian schools. Additionally, I serve as the Children’s Director at Caswell Springs Methodist and have been an active advisor on the state's Mississippi Teacher Advisory Board for over 5 years. In recognition of my commitment to education, I was honored as Teacher of the Year in 2024 at Benndale Elementary. Currently, I am pursuing the Specialist program at William Carey, where I also focus on providing homeschool support and personalized tutoring to enhance both academic and spiritual growth.
Penny Dearman
Retired from the East Central School system after 29 years of experience in teaching Math, Science, PE, Computers, and Art Education, I hold a Master's Degree in Education. I am certified in K-12 Mathematics, Social Studies, and 4-8 Elementary Education. My commitment to academic growth extends beyond the classroom as I am active in the MDE Teacher Advisory Board and the Mississippi Council of Teachers of Mathematics. I also provide homeschool support and personalized tutoring, emphasizing math through hands-on applications of real-life skills that contribute to both academic and spiritual growth in students.
